Contact Schley County Record Offices

Schley County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, confirm a release, post bond, or pull an official booking record. Current information and records must come from the Sheriff, Police Department, court, corrections agency, or federal office that holds them.

Where to Ask for a Record

Choose the office that owns the record, and call ahead when a page does not state a local form or fee. The Sheriff has not published office hours or a named records unit in the reviewed material. Georgia's statewide open-records framework supplies a three-business-day response framework, but it does not guarantee instant production or a particular local charge.

Match the Question to the Custodian

These routes keep a booking allegation, custody status, and court outcome in their proper systems:

  • For a Schley booking sheet or booking photograph, start with the Sheriff at 48 N. Pecan Street or the jail line and make a narrow written request. The county booking page includes request wording and fee guidance.
  • For an Ellaville incident or Police-maintained arrest report, use the Ellaville Police page and city contact route.
  • For a warrant question, use the Schley courts page and ask Magistrate Court what public process applies. The court does not publish an online name-search portal.
  • For a filed case or disposition, use Superior Court and the Georgia Courts E-Access route, which directs Schley Superior searches to PeachCourt.
  • For a sentenced state prisoner, use the GDC offender search. It is not a county recent-booking tool.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP locator or ICE locator. Those systems have different coverage.

Do not send a vague request to every office. Name the person, approximate date, arresting agency, and exact existing record sought. Ask for an estimate and the legal reason for any withheld portion.
